What is Hypnosis?


Hypnosis is a trance-like state that involves the imagination, relaxation and suggestibility. In said state we bypass the conscious mind into the subconscious mind in order to achieve a desired goal. (i.e. self-confidence, weight loss, addiction control, relaxation, release of fears and phobias, etc.)


While in hypnosis the subject is fully conscious and alert the entire time. However, most of the outside stimuli are “tuned out”. The majority of people compare hypnosis to daydreaming, or the feeling of "losing yourself" in a book or a movie as you focus intently on the subject at hand. By bypassing the conscious mind, we are able to eliminate the analytical and logical thought process in order to restructure old thought patterns into new ones.

What is QHHT®?
